Southampton City Council have granted planning approval for the mixed use development on Bursledon Road in Southampton. The development comprises four principal elements; a residential apartment building and food & drink outlet forming the site frontage; the new Antelope House building comprising retail and leisure uses and the relocation of the existing Jewson store to the rear of the site.
As anyone passing or overlooking the former Jewson’s site can see, constructionwork on the Antelope Park site is progressing quickly and we are excited by the opportunities this new development will bring.
Preparations are beingmade tomake sure Thornhill residentswill be able to take advantage of themany job opportunities the redeveloped sitewill create.
