Eastpoint can supply your meetings with a fantastic supply of food ranging from delegate buffets served in your room offering filled baguettes, crudités, kettle chips etc to a three course hot buffet lunch served in the Oak dining room that can seat up to 120 people and is open Monday – Friday between 12.00pm – 1.30pm.

A £10.55 million redevelopment of Thornhill’s Eastpoint Centre has been approved by the Thornhill Plus You Board, which is made up of contributions from Thornhill Plus You (a £4.55 million grant), the trustees of Eastpoint Centre (£3.5 million) and a commercial loan (£2.5 million) from Thornhill Plus You. The return on the loan will be used to continue the work of Thornhill Plus You when the government money has ended. The redevelopment of the Eastpoint Centre is a major project for the city, which will also see the relocation and rebuild of Itchen College. This investment will not only see the creation of a hub for learning and development, but will develop the site into a flagship community and conference centre. The site will also offer a range of modern, up-to-date facilities for local people and will increase employment opportunities for both the community and for young people throughout the region.
